Alex holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Science and is an Associate of the Institute of Bankers. He has been the Managing Director of the Company since 1987.

In 1992 and 2000 he went on attachments to Golden Hope Plantations and United Plantations/Unitata Refinery respectively, both in Malaysia to be abreast with the latest developments in the oil palm industry. He has also attended several management courses locally in Ghana.
